I am so happy that we finally found the perfect home and can’t wait to get settled. So while I am drowning in boxes and organizing, you can take advantage of the Cyber Monday deals below! Happy Shopping (and saving)!
Archives for November 2015
If you haven’t started your holiday shopping, then you are probably starting feel the pressure and anxiety set in. Don’t worry, me too! Black Friday always sounds so enticing with all the major discounts and too good to be true deals. Alas, I am not one to stand hours in lines or fight crowds of crazy shoppers no matter how great the discount may be. Luckily for you, I have rounded up all the best Black Friday Sales that you can shop from the comfort of your couch with a warm cup of coffee and that piece of pumpkin pie I know you’ll be eating for breakfast! 😉
This month has flown by and I cannot believe Thanksgiving is just two days away! I have been so busy trying to get life settled here in LA that a month has come and gone just like that. Although there has been a decent amount of stress, I can’t help but feel so truly grateful. I love what this holiday and time of year represents. It’s about spending time with those we love and cherishing what is important in life- the little things.
My second gift guide has arrived and it’s all about beauty! I am pretty minimalistic when it comes to make up and can fit the majority of my products in an average size make-up bag. I find my can’t live without products and don’t really experiment aside from lip colors. But, I know there are many of you out there that can’t get enough or know someone that loves trying every new product as soon as it launches. I personally love receiving the beauty sets that come out around the holidays. They are a great way to experiment with new products or brands. I have found some of my must haves from holiday sets I have received. Beauty products also make great stocking stuffers- how easy is it to throw in a fun new gloss or seasonal nail polish shade!

What are some of your must have beauty products? I’d love to know the beauty items you can’t live without or will be gifting this year!
It’s that time of year again for gift giving to friends and family. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to try to think of just the right thing for those special someone’s on your list. Hoping that each of these holiday guides will give you some ideas of what to gift this year.
My first guide is home themed. These items are for that ultimate host/hostess on your list or even for that person that you are just not sure what to buy for. Home themed gifts are always a great route because these items are practical while still being special. Those little somethings that people wouldn’t necessarily think to get themselves and will without a doubt be enjoyed by not only them but anyone that visits their home! I am hoping for this adorable Sugar Paper planner and these gold mugs!

Today’s looks to love post is all about the chelsea boot. The chelsea boot has been on my radar for a few month’s now and I was so happy to find not one, but two pairs that I absolutely love both under $50 (score!). They are the perfect versatile boot for all seasons. I love to wear mine with a pair of skinny jeans like how I wore them here and have also paired them with a dresses as well. Sharing all my current favorites below at all price points.
Hope you are having a productive Monday! Sharing a favorite color combination of mine for not only fall, but year round- black and camel. I am usually drawn to prints and texture like crochet and fringe, but there is something refreshing about an all black minimal outfit.
Starting today’s post with a fun fact: My boyfriend and I met six years ago (for the second time) on Halloween in Vegas of all places. Never did we think that night would turn into what it has or that we would be moving on that very same day six years later back to Los Angeles after less than a year of living together in San Francisco and three years long distance from Austin to LA. It has been a whirlwind to say the least, but I wouldn’t change a thing. After a long day of moving (still on the hunt for our new place) we wanted somewhere relaxing to spend the weekend. I found the cutest cottage on the Venice canals and it was the perfect spot to unwind. I had never been to the canals even though I am an LA native. Now that I am back in SoCal, it is a goal of mine to get out and explore more instead of sticking to my comfort zone. There is so much to do and see down here! Can’t wait to share with you!
